​Our Zinger Fletch Lifetime Replacement Guarantee is clear and simple.  If at any time you damage, break, bend, stretch, or wear out your Zinger Fletch, send it to us and we will replace it.  You cover the shipping and we'll cover our product!

​PLEASE FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS FOR RETURNING YOUR ZINGER FLETCHES AND RECEIVING YOUR REPLACEMENTS:

Place all the Zinger Fletches you wish to replace in a clear plastic bag followed by placing it in a shipping envelop/small box.  Please also include a letter with the following information:

-Full Name
​-PayPal Username
-Shipping Address
-Zinger Model 1.0* or 2.0

*(Z3 or Z4), Size (O.D. arrow shaft), Color, Degree Offset, Quantity

Once we receive your package, we will review the contents and will then send a PayPal invoice for you to cover the return shipping (typically $6).   Once we receive shipping payment, we will then process your replacements and get your Zinger Fletches on the way!  You cover the shipping, we cover our product!!!
